The Teachers' Day was celebrated at Paladka Church on Sunday, 4th September 2011. 60 teachers were invited for the teachers day celebration. Each teacher is given a rose before the mass. This rose is a symbolic representation of teacher's mission. Each teacher has a responsibility enable the student to bloom up. Hence the teacher took their teaching ministry to the alter and offered it to God.
There was a meaningful liturgy highlighting the teaching ministry of the teachers. After the mass all teachers gathered in the hall for a small get together. There were spot games and opportunity for the teachers to express their positive experience of teaching profession. Then we had a good breakfast.
Mr. Victor (secretary of P.P.P.) was compered the programme. Vice president welcomed the gathering and Mr. Avil conducted the games.
