Catholic Sabha, Paladka Unit honoured the outstanding students of the Parish who secured highest marks in SSLC and PUC for the academic year 2010-11 on Sunday, 3rd July, 2011 after the morning mass at the Church of St. Ignatius Loyola, Paladka.

Rev. Fr. Gilbert D'Souza, Parish Priest distributed the prizes accompanying Sri Andrew D'Souza and Sri Victor A.D'Souza, Vice President and Secretary respectively of the Pastoral Parishad in the presence of the parishioners.

Sri Hilary D'Souza, President of the local Unit of Catholic Sabha read out the names of the successful students. SSLC : I. Anush Franklin Periera, Nithyadhar Ward - 604 marks, II. Blesita Olivia Cardoza, Fathima Ward - 585 marks III. Prathima Clara Prabhu, Nithyadhar Ward - 545 marks.

PUC - Science : I. Joslita Rebello, Holy Cross Ward - 545 marks. Commerce: I. Jeevan Floid Francis Aranha, Holy Cross Ward - 492 marks

The prizes for the highest scorers in the St. Ignatius Hr. Pry. School, Paladkaq were also distributed the same day in memory of late Mr. J.B. Sequeira of Rosary Ward.

VII Std. : I . K. Apporva Bhat - 582 marks II. Ayush Naik - 577 marks.
