We began with the hymn, as the choir went on the celebrant entered the sanctuary to celebrate the Holy mass. We had special guest Fr.Jayaprakash cousin brother of Fr.Abel lobo also Fr.Valerain Fernandes.

Fr.Jayaprakash preached the thundering sermon enumerating the theological meaning, if the washing of the feet of the Apostles.

He told in his sermon that though Jesus was master he humbled himself to the extent by serving the feet of Apostles, we are called to serve others and love our neighbour. He also gave the example of Hemanth Karkere and Graim Stain, who specified their lives for others.

Fr.Abel lobo the parish priest washed the feet of 12 representatives from the congregation in signifying the washing the feet of Apostles.Finally the body of Jesus was placed in the resting Tabernacle and invited the people to spend the remaining time in prayer and silence.

Sisters of Helpers of Mount Rosary conducted a beautiful prayer service. At last the congregation dispessed with silence and sorrow as our lord was in Great agony.
